we'll be ordering the food and then bbq. so there's no need for anyone to buy anything.those staying overnight and only for bbq will be paying 2 differents prices.Then the snacks and drinks yuan long will pay a bit and for the meals on the second day yuan long will oso pay a bit if theres extra after cycling and the food...

for the bbq: total cost is $77++
this is because the cost only includes the food. we'll be getting the drinks from the cheers store near the chalet. and py will be giving me the cost for bbq necessities asap and i'll include that in too. but the total no. of pple for bbq and overnight is not confirm. Yuan long said there were 6 guys going, but i'm not sure cuz they dun update the blog. yar, so i strongly urge u guys to put ur names asap.

for the chalet: total cost $198 (doesnt include bbq fee)
yar, but this doesnt include the bbq fee. and yar, pls bring bout 4 sets of clothes in case u guys get wet. for shampoo and soap wise, err, i tink u guys should arrange and only one from each gender group bring. so no need to bring like 12 bottles of soap for 12 pple.

hello. just to add on to what yiting said, the chalet will most probably be either the costasands pasirris one/costasands downtown east one. if it's possible, it would be easier if you guys indicate which one you prefer. and for those who are going, indicate whether you would be staying overnight or not so check with your parents yah. in order to save cost/just in case we need to book more than one room. and please reply by the indicated date (25th) because we need to confirm the actual no of people going so we can make the necessary arrangements. if you guys can only make it for one day or whatsoever, just post it on the blog. the rough estimate for 2 rooms (single storey) is abt $210. so yah check your schedules and help to inform other sixoners who dont know abt the chalet thing yet. if you guys have info abt catering or related stuff that would be useful as well. further arrangements will be updated here so please check the class blog regularly. thanks.(: -peiyu
